Recover Plus for DB2

The architecture of Recover Plus for DB2 is designed for high availability and efficient data management within the z/OS environment. The Backout Engine is responsible for performing point-in-time recovery by reversing database changes. The primary interface for administration is through JCL jobs and ISPF panels. The product integrates with the z/OS security infrastructure, using RACF for authentication and authorization. All access to the product's functions and data is controlled through RACF profiles.
