The architecture of Tivoli Omegamon XE for CICSplex comprised several key components. The CICSplex Agent resided within the z/OS environment and collected performance data from the monitored CICS regions. This agent communicated with the Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring Server (TEMS) using TCP/IP.
