CA Solve:FTS

The architecture of CA Solve:FTS is designed for secure and efficient file transfer operations within z/OS environments. The core components include the FTS Server, FTS Client, and FTS Agent. The FTS Server acts as the central management point, receiving and processing transfer requests.

The FTS Client is used to initiate file transfers, providing the interface for users and applications. The FTS Agent handles the actual file transfer operations, interacting with the z/OS system to move data. Communication between these components occurs over TCP/IP, with support for protocols such as FTP and SFTP.

The FTS Server listens on a configurable port for incoming connections. Configuration files are used to define transfer parameters, security options, and network settings.
