The architecture of Perform/View is designed for efficient performance monitoring in z/OS environments. The Reporting Interface, accessed via TSO/ISPF, presents the analyzed data through various views and reports. Communication between components is primarily internal, using optimized protocols for data transfer. The Data Collector writes raw data to VSAM datasets, which the Analysis Engine then reads.
