VitalSigns for VSE

The architecture of VitalSigns for VSE is centered around three main components: the Data Collector, the Analysis Engine, and the Reporting Module. The Reporting Module generates various reports, including performance reports, availability reports, and trend analysis reports.

These reports are accessible through the z/VSE console. Data is stored using VSAM files, which are optimized for performance within the z/VSE environment. The system does not expose a REST API.

The administrative interface is the z/VSE console, where administrators can configure network components, set alert thresholds, and manage user access. The system supports RBAC through the z/VSE security system. The system uses encryption for secure communication within the z/VSE environment.
